Townhouse located in Mentone - close to station and shops and cafes.

20 minute walk to beach. 5 minute drive.

Your room would be upstairs. Where you have desk area and own bathroom.

Split system heating cooling. WiFi. Netflix.

Main job is looking after a 5 year old female pug cross. She has separation anxiety so you need to be at home at least 80% of the time.

She can go up to 4 hours alone occasionally.

She does bark at the door, and for strangers (so will need a pre meet) but pretty much the rest of the time she sleeps or lazes in the sun.

She needs walking twice a day (only 15-20 minutes each time), or a run on the dog beach or park.

On street all day car parking available. Or in the driveway.

Smoking outside is fine but not inside.

The dates are not set in stone and I can also be flexible if you need to commence or stay a day or two earlier.
