A small warm (and we think) charming slightly rambling English cottage on top of the hill at kangaloon. 4 bedrooms, wood fire combustion stove, tank water, orchard, 40 acres, charming lane, lovely neighbours. Veggie garden, chooks, 2 Jack Russel’s, orchard, tennis court (rustic but works well)

Requirements

6 chookies to let out daily and close in at night. 2 Jack Russel’s to feed and walk. There are cattle but they are cared for by my neighbour.
