Near retired 60ish couple. Kids have flown the coop. Recently down sized 4x2 rammed earth home 3 acres. Quiet area. Finally going on our bucket list trips. We have a 20year old cat (for this reason prefer no animals or children) ×5 chickens 30 mins from Mundaring most amenities Dr. Coles woollies,Aldi restaurants, newsagents shoes hairdresser beautician. Northam 20 mins small country town wheatbelt. Limited public transport. Has Bus to Midland 40 mins train station. Post office Bakers Hill, pub and church.
