Requirements

Minimal garden care. Only watering of a few plants and mow the lawn with ride-on mower if needed. No animals to look after. House-sitter can stay in our fully self-contained very large studio apartment. Wi-fi and Netflix available. Access to house laundry and can use single car garage. Plenty of room to park a caravan. Apartment on ground floor with no steps. 5-minute walk to shops, cafes and restaurants.
