Requirements

Looking after 2 indoor cats, mowing the lawn & watering plants. They have a catio for outside time …… Mish loves it 🙂…. Mosh not so much! 😕

Can be left overnight.

House has 2 bedrooms with Q/S beds, reverse cycle air conditioner, slow combustion heater (reasonable amount of wood supplied) & Starlink. The bathroom/laundry is a short distance outside. The back area is to be paved & a BBQ area created with a fire pit. I will update the outside photos as this happens in the next month or so.

Plenty of room for a van or motorhome on flat ground.

Orford is situated on the East Coast … 8kms from Triabunna & the ferry to Maria Island & 45kms from Sorrel the nearest large town & 1.15hrs from Hobart,

It’s has a few cafes/takeaways, an IGA, & a pub about 3 mins walk.😬

Please note … no children thanks as the cats are not used to kids 🙂
